Open Enrolment Refund Policy

Please note that all purchases for Clearview’s open-enrolment training, including both in-person and virtual courses, are non-refundable.  However, if you're unable to attend a course you've registered for, you have a couple of options.

  1. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person on your team at no additional cost.  To arrange a transfer, please notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the course starting time, providing the full name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place.

  2. If you are unable to attend, the full amount paid can also be credited to your account for use toward any future course (of an equal value and duration).  Credit must be used within one year from the original course date. To reschedule or apply your credit, please contact Clearview to explore alternative course offerings.
