How it works

1. We set up a unique confidential online survey for your organization. (see a sample survey)

2. You share the link with your board. The survey takes about 6 minutes with 78 questions to complete.

3. We produce a full report with graphs on the results including all comments and suggestions from the ED/CEO and Board members.

4. We then provide a follow-up one-hour complimentary assessment call to review the report with the CEO/Board Chair(s).

All survey results are anonymous, allowing members the ability to fully express their perspectives.
